We produce heroic artisanatural wines, all our bottles naturally have deposits or remain cloudy. We don’t use synthetic chemicals or invasive oenological practices in the winery. We only want to transform our grapes, sons of a hill incomparable in the world, into the best possible wine and which reflects our vineyard. The minerals and constituents that the vine extracts from the earth and laboriously stores in the grapes give a particular imprint to our products. Since 2020 we have been using technologically advanced and lighter bottles, less energy-consuming in the production process, to reduce the impact on the environment. Since 2023 we have installed photovoltaic systems and we are energetically self-sufficient

The “Heroic Viticulture” logo that appears on the labels of our wines underlines the hard work required for the cultivation of our vineyards, located on steep slopes, where mechanization is difficult, most of the work is done by hand, production is limited in quantity and consequently concentrated in quality.

The “Independent winegrowers” logo that appears on the labels of our wines indicates that we have a strong attachment to the territory and that the origin of the wine is certified by the efforts made in the vineyard and in the cellar. Thanks also to our small dimensions, we can carry out each process personally and carefully, controlling the production from grapes to bottles.
